Fragrance Review

Arrived on the market in March 2007, the new feminine fragrance (at that time!) from the famous Italian fashion house was named purely and simply . Described as a feminine (this is the olfactory category with the largest number of scents!), the perfume aims at offering a stylish image for the associated clothing products from . Reportedly, this was ’s wish to introduce a fresh and elegant product, preserving in the same time the classic touch of the fragrance.

The ingredients that were employed for structuring the shape of Versace by Versace are mainly common, with some notable exceptions. The fragrance starts off with a blend of floral accords from wisteria, offset by guava, a fruity accord obtained from blackcurrant and the softness of white lilac. Advanced into the mid development, the floral facet kicks in, with the unmistakable aroma of orchid, combined with lotus flower, nymphea and Angel wing jasmine. The dry down becomes perceptible within no more than one hour and is embodied by some silky and soft notes which are wrapping the composition in musk, warm Kashmir wood, cedar and vetiver.

The flask that contains Versace by Versace together with its packaging box brings a touch of understated elegance and above all sensuality. The bottle is made from transparent glass and exhibits rectangular shapes, the color of the liquid is a pale yellow, and everything is topped by a metallic stopper and adorned with Versace’s logo in matching metallic appearance, right in the middle of the bottle. The video commercial was shot by the famous and features the Lituanian model . Overall, Versace by Versace is a well-behaved type of fragrance, appropriate for any period of the year.
