Fragrance Review

Glamour is a feminine fragrance introduced by in October 2008 and developed by perfumer . According to the press release from the launching occasion, Glamour is “a magical and enchanting perfume, a promise of charm and seductive femininity” and “an elixir of ethereal and surreal elements to seduce the soul and imagination”.

For shaping an exclusive image to this creation, the advertising campaign was commissioned to French photographer , who employed as shooting location and featured the Italian model , as the face of this fragrance. The outcome represents a short movie in which it is highlighted the character of seductive, yet playful of this perfume.

The flacon that contains Glamour is meant to embody a glamorous look: the color scheme is gold and red and the bottle comes in the shape of a heart. The packaging box is also a combination of the abovementioned colors, aiming to add a hint of luxury to this ensemble.

As for the structure of Glamour, this starts off with a combination of sea salt notes, wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), and tangerine blossom, in which the latter fights for prominence, but is replaced after no more than 15 minutes by the floral aroma of cattleya orchid, juxtaposed to hibiscus and waterlily notes. The final part brings a warm and more personal note to this structure, by encompassing cedar, white musk and amber notes into the mixture. Overall, Moschino Glamour is a fragrance that will please the young women, who are able to be seductive and playful at the same time.
