A popular feminine fragrance since its release in 2004, Moschino Couture belongs to the floral woody musk olfactory group and is one of Moschino’s classic in the ladies department. Having an image that exceeds its olfactory reputation, this scent was dedicated to a woman who feels sexy and leads an intense and exciting life.
The target group for which this perfume is aimed is described by Rosella Jardini, the Creative Art Director of the Italian fashion house, who speaks about s “self-confident, with a mischievous charm tinged with a touch of irony”. Presented in a bottle that exudes elegance and refinement, Couture benefits from a sophisticated image, in which the transparent glass is revealing a liquid with the color of amber. The flask is topped by a golden shaded stopper having the shape of a heart which comes adorned with a red ribbon made from velvet, over which a golden button was applied, in order to emphasize the naughty image. The packaging box is white and exhibits a red heart that evokes a passionate life.
The combination of notes that shapes Moschino Couture is represented by a citruses and floral accords, which are balanced in the end by a woody-musky base. Couture starts off with a blend of mandarin orange, bergamot and pepper, which is followed after no more than 20 minutes by a warm heart filled with notes of yellow poppy, jasmine, pomegranate blossom and poppy seeds. This whole structure dries down after a couple of hours to some sweet vanilla, juxtaposed to benzoin and cedar wood, for a sensual trail.
