The feminine fragrance called 7:15 am in Bali was introduced by Kenzo in April 2008 as a floral fruity developed by perfumer Daphne Bugey. The perfume is part of a larger collection imagined as travel-retail exclusive that continued so far with 2009’s 5:40 pm in Madagascar and 2011’s 10:10 am in Sicilia.
This fragrance invites you to Bali, the exotic Indonesian island, at the time of nature’s wake up, when the air becomes saturated with aromas that are both gourmand and sensual. And because it is about a Limited Edition, available only in airports, I had a chance to test it last summer, while waiting for our plane in Barcelona El Prat Airport. My wife wasn’t so enthusiast (I’m always very pushy!), but when she finally agreed, I discovered a pleasant well-behaved scent.
7:15 am in Bali is ideal for travelling purposes and suits you in case you love gourmand fragrances. From the outset, this perfume is mixing refreshing grapefruit and passion fruit in order to evoke such an exotic heaven that is the Bali Island. Later, as Kenzo 7:15 am in Bali’s top notes begin to evaporate, you will perceive a heart imbued with accords of orchid and Sambac jasmine that render a special floral aroma. In the dry down, sweet vanilla note was employing for balancing the composition and providing you a pleasant aroma.
The bottle that holds Kenzo 7:15 am in Bali represents an exotic creation, designed by Marine Crespin with bright colors that evoke an exotic landscape during the morning.
