Fragrance Review

Have you ever waited so long to test a fragrance that, when you finally had a chance to sample it, your total curiosity transformed into a platitude sentiment? That’s what happened to me with . Introduced by the American fashion brand Guess in the year 2006, this fragrance has limited distribution; therefore I had the opportunity to smell it no soon that the year 2009. is an interesting fragrance developed by perfumer , that reminds me of sun and summer.

Guess Man behaved nicely on my skin; however I can not say that this creation is something innovative. When I sprayed it on my wrist for the first time, its aroma of citruses smelled convincing to me; I was able to detect the strong bergamot note. As an olfactory sensation, Guess Man bursts with fresh spicy accords, imbued with a balmy and musky base.

The opening of the fragrance represents a declaration of love for the green accords; the notes featured in here are bergamot, granny smith and ozone. Later, the mid development reveals the spicy character of Guess Man, combining notes of white pepper, ginger and nutmeg with lavender and wormwood. Finally, the trail encompasses sexy woody accords obtained from Egyptian , blue fir, warm amber, balm, white musk and suede.

The bottle selected to capture Guess Man is manufactured from glass and metal, with the clear intention to evoke the G monogram of the brand. The chromatic employed here maintains the green touch found in the top notes, both the packaging box and the liquid exhibiting a nice green color. Even tough I am not fond of its bottle I admit that Guess Man is an interesting fragrance, appropriate for the hot summer days.
