Fragrance Review

arrived on the market in 1999, together with its masculine counterpart, D&G Masculine, as a fragrant pair aimed at the new generation. Developed by perfumers and , this fragrance is quite complicated to decode. As an aside, it seems that lately D&G Feminine has been discontinued, but do not worry, I’m sure there’s always an online perfumery shop that still has it.

D&G Feminine has a structure dominated by musky and woody notes, and this is not necessarily the only reason that makes it a simple perfume, the kind that is suitable for the women who would rather not complicate their existence with some sophisticated creations.

With an opening that smells like spring, the top notes in D&G Feminine include notes of mandarin, mimose, cyclamen and fresh water lily. Then, as the scent reaches its mid development phase (which happens in approximately 20 minutes after the initial spray), a more floral facet is unveiled, structured around note and incorporating as well wisteria, jasmine and lily. The perfume develops nicely during approximately 3 hours, a moment in which the core of this entire construction will be available, for you to smell and appreciate it. D&G Feminine base notes are: , cashmere wood, vanilla and musk.

Even though these 2 fragrances have similar flasks, each one is adapted for better suiting its target. As a result, D&G Feminine comes in a cylindrical-shaped bottle, made from transparent glass and evoking the purity of water. The silver stopper that tops and matches the packaging box is intended to balance this color scheme.
