Boss Elements Hugo Boss – Inspired by Woody Nature

Fragrance Review

One of the fragrances which are extremely hard to find these days could be , by . Launched in 1994, this perfume belongs to the aromatic spicy olfactory group. At the time of its introduction, the combination that featured woody, citrus and herbal notes was quite special, but nowadays it has become obsolete.

Boss Elements follows the classic composition with top, middle and base notes. The beginning introduces a mixture of citruses (lemon, ) and green notes (basil, lavender, Artemisia and ). After that, the heart comes with a floral spicy combination of Rose, violet, jasmine, Lily-of-the-Valley and coriander, caraway, clary sage. The trail represents an elegant structure of , cedar, musk, oakmoss and leather wrapper around in warm amber.

I became familiar with Boss Elements in 1995 and for me it always had the image of a traditional fragrance that employs a classic formula for achieving the success. Drawing its inspiration from nature’s elements, Boss Elements could be the fragrance to choose if you are interested in minimal elegance with a woody touch.

The bottle of Boss Elements is made from transparent glass in different hues of brown, an image that reminds of wood and the vitality of the forest. In spite of the customers appreciation (Boss Elements is a very popular fragrance among the targeted public) and not mentioning its flanker, Boss , launched in 1997, these 2 scents were somehow left aside from the future marketing plans of Hugo Boss during the last years. You might only hope that you’ll have the opportunity to test it for yourself, in order to have a definite opinion.
